Heather Rubie

Client Care Specialist

Early Years: Eat, sleep, cheer, repeat.

Heather grew up in Baltimore County with her Mom and younger sister. Heather made the cheerleading team in high school and was chosen as varsity MVP her freshman year. She then attended University of Baltimore and graduated with a Bachelors in Human Services Administration. She later settled in Cantonsville with her husband Mark and their son Tasker Kole.

What we know about Heather: The grass is greener on the golf course

Though Heather is a huge Baltimore Ravens and Orioles fan, her secret love is professional golf. Before she joined us at EBS, Heather worked a summer job as the beverage cart driver for Rolling Road Golf Club for five years. But now that she's rolled in to EBS, we're so happy to have her!

Fun Facts

What's your sun sign? My mom, sister, husband, son and I are all peaceful Libras.

Get on your bikes and ride! I grew up in a biker family, but I?m the "black sheep" because I am by far the most conservative of us all.

Record scratching: I love music, and I have an extensive collection of vinyl records in a variety of genres.

The Noble and Most Ancient House of Black: We named our two cats Bellatrix and Narcissa as a nod to the two (mostly) villainous Harry Potter characters.

Stacey Grandizio

Client Manager

Early Years: Are you kitten me??

Growing up in Baltimore, Maryland, Stacey was the youngest of three with an older brother and sister. Stacey's family never had a lot of pets, but about fifteen years ago, she came across a kitten who was 24 hours away from being sent to a shelter. Though she wasn't much of a cat person, the thought of another animal going to a shelter broke her heart, and she offered to take him in. Now she and her husband live with their cute fur baby, and Stacey drinks coffee out of a cat mug every morning.

What we know about Stacey: A taste of Tuscany

As an Italian, Stacey and her family love good food. In the evenings, she's always cooking or entertaining for friends. In her career, Stacey had focused on the voluntary benefits arena since graduating magna cum laude from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science in mass communications. More recently, she began looking to expand outside the voluntary benefits niche. Due to a great relationship with a recruiter from a local executive search firm, Stacey was introduced to EBS and we're lucky to have her on the team. We also hope we might get to sample some tasty Italian food!

Manager of Implementation and Client Care

Early Years: You Can't Fake Passion

After being born in Germany, Jennifer came to the United States when she was two years old. By age five, she realized her passion for singing on stage when left to sing Joy to the World solo (Everyone else had stage fright). Between the ages of five and twelve, Jennifer began swimming competitively, and she competed at the AAU Junior Olympics. Yet, she eventually gave it up and opted to play basketball in high school.

What we know about Jennifer: Not a Tourist, but a Traveler

Jennifer loves to travel any chance she gets and always yearns for a change of scenery. She's lived in Delaware, New Jersey, Maryland, and South Carolina, and she's been traveling the globe since she was sixteen. Jennifer finds different cultures fascinating and is very passionate about the environment and animals. She's even held eagles, owls, and chimpanzees during her travels!

Grab the mic! I sang professionally and have an ensemble recording, but I secretly love performing karaoke.

Feed the birds... Every morning, you can find me on my porch feeding my bird and squirrel families.

Exploring the finest flavors: I started out my career in culinary school, but I moved away from it to spend more time with my son. Now, I'm a fish-eating pescatarian; I don't eat dairy; and I try to veganize every recipe I make!

The Early Years: Never-Ending Summer

Amanda grew up in Syracuse, New York with her little brother, Logan. They're closer than most siblings after spending their entire childhood together, and Amanda considers Logan one of her best friends. Summer is Amanda's favorite season, and the pair would fill their days with sports or swim together at the community pool. But like most older siblings, Amanda soon left for college, ready to pursue her next adventure.

What we know about Amanda: Putting Down Roots

After graduating from Ithaca College with a degree in Television-Radio and Digital Marketing, Amanda felt the job market in Upstate New York looked slim. She applied to jobs up and down the East Coast before landing a position in Baltimore. Even though she only had one friend in the area, she packed up, moved, and never looked back. Since then, she's built a network of friends, started a family with her husband, Brandon, and their daughter, Palmer, and joined our team at EBS!
